Full time summer, weekends, holidays.
Duties: Following recipes and cooking food in various volumes. Guided by Executive Chef in proper use of ovens and portioning product. Basic knife skills are required as well as some knowledge of proper cooking techniques.
Hiring: Baker/Pastry Chef
Duties: Baking formulas and producing baked goods-cakes, pies, desserts as well as wedding cake decorating.
